Paris Coffee Shop

Paris Coffee Shop is one of Fort Worth’s oldest restaurants and was closed last year for renovations. However, the wait is over because the brand new and beautiful space is reopening in May to deliver the home-style breakfast cooking you’ve been missing. You can find it in its old location at 704 W. Magnolia Ave. in Fort Worth.

The new interior still promises to include the diner favorites that have made the Paris Coffee Shop so beloved for many years, including classic burgers, tuna melts, and french fries. If you are in the mood for traditional American breakfast or lunch fare, Paris Coffee Shop will be the perfect place to satisfy your cravings.

Paloma Suerte

On Mule Alley at 122 E. Exchange St. Suite 280, beloved Chef Tim Love is opening a new Tex-Mex restaurant called Paloma Suerte. It will feature signature cocktails to cool down those upcoming Texas summers. He adds his signature flair to new flavors of cocktails and birria tacos grilled at your table. Birria tacos are sweet and spicy and made of a slow-cooked beef stew. They make for delicious entrees to share or savor all by yourself.
Tim Love is a celebrity chef who owns multiple well-known and successful restaurants in Texas, like the Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, Love Shack, Woodshed Smokehouse, White Elephant Saloon, and Queenie’s Steakhouse. Paloma Suerte opened in January 2022, and you can visit it Monday through Wednesday from 4 p.m. to closing time and Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to closing time.

Fitzgerald

Fitzgerald is a restaurant venture by Chef Ben Merritt that opened in early 2022. It offers premium steaks but focuses on providing fresh Gulf seafood dishes, like hot crawfish and shrimp dip, delta fried catfish, and blackened redfish. In 2019, the chef won the reality television show “Chopped,” and now he’s bringing his expertise to the citizens of Fort Worth with a seafood-centric menu.

You can find Fitzgerald at 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd. #104 in Fort Worth. The restaurant offers a comfortable and elegant dining experience by providing an extensive yet selective wine list accompanied by lounge-like jazz music. It’s open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. It also serves lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Fitzgerald also has an attached bar called the Regal Room Lounge that opens at 3 p.m. This space has a darker decor, leather furniture, and a more laid-back atmosphere. It’s perfect for hanging out and catching the game while chatting with close friends.

Don Artemio

Don Artemio took up residence in the old Gatti’s Pizza place in the cultural district of Fort Worth in February 2022. Chef Juan Ramón Cárdenas Cantú is bringing Northeastern Mexican culture to his contemporary menu. It embodies the centuries-old cultural heritage of Mexican food while incorporating local ingredients from Fort Worth and Northern Mexico. Here, you can try authentic kid goat, nopales, and red hawthorn.

The restaurant is also thoughtfully designed to mirror the old houses of Saltillo, Mexico. These buildings were traditionally made with clay bricks. The interior of Don Artemio incorporates those elements into its sleek and attractive interior design motif. It also offers delicious wines from Coahuila to create a completely immersive contemporary Mexican atmosphere right here in Fort Worth.

You can find Don Artemio at 3268 W. Seventh St. The lunch hours are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with Saturday brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The dinner hours are from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays and Sundays. The restaurant is also open for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
If you want to stop by the bar only, the hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.

Quince

Texas Christian University grad Brian Sneed is bringing the No. 1 rooftop restaurant in the world to Fort Worth with Quince. Originally in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico, the Quince rooftop is an elegant, fun space where you can grab a cocktail and watch the sun go down or dance all night to the in-house DJ. It also has an in-house French bakery that serves unique pastries, and you can get breakfast dishes and brunch-themed cocktails like a bloody mary or mimosa if you come for brunch.

This fun atmosphere came to Fort Worth in March 2022. It overlooks the Trinity River, giving it a beautiful view to rival Mexico. The menu includes dishes sourced from all over the globe to create truly eclectic and unique dishes and a culinary experience you can’t get anywhere else. You can have ceviche, yakimeshi, and burgers all in one place.

Brix Barbecue

Brix Barbecue is a brand-new, brick-and-mortar location for pitmaster Trevor Sales. He came to fame using his SmokeStream trailer, a barbecue food truck, to deliver mouthwatering barbecue to the people of Fort Worth. At his new restaurant, he provides more of the recipes and flavors we love on the barbecue classics we can’t live without, like brisket, sausage, and burgers.

You can find Brix Barbecue open every Friday and Saturday at 11 a.m. and on Sundays at 6 p.m. for a special menu. The new location is at 218 Bryan Ave., across the street from HopFusion Ale Works.
