She was very attentive and responsive in getting back to me and negotiating a very competitive price. The finance dept was good as well and was able to get me a good rate. We worked with Brayden and he was great! Patient with us until we got what we needed on our trade and the payments down to what we wanted. We’d definitely work with him again. We went to a competitor and came back to Hiley. While they came down a bit on the interest they still couldn’t match the interest rate. Overall we had a great experience and purchased the same day.

I absolutely HATE car shopping. Always a hard sell; never what I'm looking for; waiting for the other shoe to drop with hidden fees and charges, or a bait-and-switch. Not this time. No stress. Not one, but two vehicles meeting my requirements. A very patient and helpful staff. Very much a "We want to sell you a car, but it's cool if you find what you're looking for somewhere else. We want you to be happy" kind of atmosphere. Crazy. I can't recommend Hiley enough.

Great service, great price and an all-around buying experience
Chris helped me find the best car option. My Yukon looks and drives great. He stayed in communication throughout a couple days to ensure I will get what I wanted. These people are honest and laid back and offer great customer service. They care that you get the best for your buck. Financial department was also awesome. Very quick and easy with a good rate. Definitely recommend checking them out.

This go around we had the option to wait in the lounge or for the Service Dept to get us a Lyft to grab lunch elsewhere. Arrangement was seamless and we also got a complementary car wash for our Crosstrek Hybrid 🙂
