Nick was excellent with the fuel injector repair. The original quote came in higher, but he ended up charging less once everything was reviewed. That kind of honesty is rare and proves he can be trusted. The repair details were handled clearly, the communication was professional, and Nick came across as fair, straightforward, and focused on doing things the right way.
It was a great experience from the start to the finish. Cecil, who was my service advisor was nice and ensure that I knew where the lounge and facilities were while I waited for my service to be completed.

Hey everyone, Vicente helped me purchase the truck I had been eyeing for a looooonnngg time. He verified the AWESOME price over the phone so I packed my lunch, left Dallas and drove to Fort Worth. Alyssa was so amazing! We were much later getting to the dealership than we had planned for, but she was so gracious & understanding, even when we kept her past their closing time. She was also very knowledgeable about the trucks we were interested in. I was scheduled for 845 appointment and got there a little after 8. They took my car anyways. Nick handled the intake and Tammy finished everything out when my car was ready to go. Both of them were very helpful and did great jobs. I appreciate the quick turn time and how it was all handled.
