Car dealerships in general are touch and go. Even with Subaru, who has the top awards for customer satisfaction and loyalty, I’ve or always been treated very well. But the service department at Hiley Subaru is something next level. My service rep was Selena, and she did a fantastic job handling my car. Getting this level of treatment with every visit means Hiley has a customer for life.

Nicholas Keto Outstanding customer service went in this morning for a routine check and warranty item that was a little out of tweak and the service was taken care of quickly. It was easy to schedule an appointment, when I arrived the process was very smooth and efficient. I worked with Jennifer in the service department, and she was very kind, patient, and thorough in her explanation of things. I was in and out within an hour, I would recommend the service department to anyone.

Had a great experience with my 93 Pontiac grand prix for a recall took less than the 4 hrs max took them 2 hrs shout out too nick and the mechanic that replaced my part only place that would do it out of 2 or 3 other places

Timely service on my scheduled appointment for oil change. Clean, comfortable waiting area and a nice dealership atmosphere. Nick was helpful with my questions and concerns about my vehicle.
