I do not have any issues with the service I received but I do have an issue with the dishonesty that I received post service. I had just received an alignment somewhere else before I went in to get an oil change and I was told I needed an alignment at the dealership. I took my sierra to get it checked out again at the place who did the previous work and it did not need an alignment.
