I was extremely pleased with everything until I got into my automobile to go home. A very strong odor of fuel was present in the passenger compartment. I rolled all the windows down on the drive home and left them down the remainder of the evening. The next morning, the odor was gone.

The service was quick and prompt this time. I dropped my truck off around 7:30 am to get new tires. I received a call just shortly after 9 am letting me know that the work was completed. The day before I brought the truck in for service, I found the exact same tires at a tire shop, and contacted Hiley to ensure that they would price match these tires, and they agreed. I also viewed all costs associated with getting the tires mounted, etc. When I picked up my vehicle, I reviewed the invoice, and the tires were not price matched, and they were trying to charge me $25 per tire to get mounted, vice $20 per tire which is what was on the GMC website tire finder for Hiley GMC. When I asked the service department about it, they were asked me where I saw these costs. This was my second attempt to use this dealership, but I think that I have lost faith and confidence in the service department.
