The young sales man Manny Martinez, was very helpful, and still is after the sale, when I call with a question. The young men in the finance department, have a bit more to learn about out of state sales. But overall I had a great time. thanks.
I have brought my vehicle to Hiley as long as I have been in Ft Worth. This was well below the standard we have enjoyed. Made an appointment at 0900. On arrival, greeted by a down trodden person with that seemed to indicate that an appointment does not mean much. Just asked for an oil change and to check the radio system that was malfunctioning. Did not hear from Hiley all day. Did not hear from Hiley the next day until finally, I called them late in the afternoon (30 hours after dropping the car). They said they had completed diagnoses, it was $1800 for a new radio. I declined to have that service done, and they stated I could pick it up...it was ready. If it was ready all along, why did I have to call to find out info. I asked why I was not called and the answer was, "we are pretty busy sir". I reply, "so am I"! I asked what would have happened if I had not called and they said "we would have called you eventually". I'm OK if the car has to be kept longer to get service done. I'm not OK with the car sitting at your dealer, lost in some vehicular shuffle, done with needed service and a staff that can't be bothered to communicate with customers on the status. The service took too long, was too expensive, from a staff that did not communicate with me and spoke with a polite disdain toward me. Well below standard and unacceptable.
My internet sales person was very professional and worked with me to find the vehicle I was looking for. She is a great asset to this dealership and was able to demonstrate all of the features of the GMC truck that I purchased.
